Very much like daylight

I took out 3 smaller energy-saving bulbs, which, in total, still gave a yellow hue. I replaced them with one of these bulbs and wow, with over 1900 lumens, it's like sun is pouring into the room. The only downside is my wife keeps leaving it on as she thinks it's a sunny day even when it's not. Buy two and save the P&P - great deal. They are quite long though so you need a suitable shade as they are very bright to look at. I just wish I had more light fittings to accommodate them. I put one in the attic and suddenly I can see things in the darkest recesses. To add to this review, I have now purchased 4 more of these bulbs and in each case, dispatch has been prompt and the bulbs have arrived swiftly. I have put one in the conservatory which is always a difficult area to light properly and one in the driveway courtesy light - so much better than the standard bulb. I have one to put in the garage and one in the bathroom and we bought a lamp for the front room which has always been barely lit by those horrid little GU bulbs and again, all I can say is the difference is utterly striking. Now my wife dislikes all the rooms with the old yellow lights so we'll slowly go round replacing all the lights with these bulbs. they really do lift your mood in winter and at only 30w power consumption, what's not to like! Bought two for my mother as well and she loves them.

One out of 4 bulbs popped after 1hrs use. The other 3 look ok for now. It is bright and good for any room. Bayonet fit. Very bright!

Perfect for what I needed.

Don't understand the positive reviews. This light didn't seem that bright so I checked. A traditional 150w bulb produces approximately 2600 lumens. This bulb is 1600 lumens. More akin to a 100w bulb.

I love the brightness didn't realize how dismal my original bulbs were originally, ordered two more to fill my studio flat :) full spectrum bulb newbie nice price too.

I hat this light bulb like 2 times spreading terror on the floor. And, after 2 shatters the led still functions properly. Still has the twirl. The light it spreds makes the night time full day. U won’t be able to sleep with this light on. A cold sun. Shadows are not predominant. Has a nice distribution. Reflexes on screens could be better. Good purchase for seasons with shorter days… a seasonal reusable bulb in my case.

Lampada estremamente luminosa, più di una con gli stessi watt (almeno più di quella che avevo io prima). Sembra di vederci meglio.
