I'm a size 14 but I have a lot of saggy belly skin, should I get a medium instead of a large?

I'm a size 10/12 from waist down and a 12/14 from waist up and I chose the large which was a great fit - smoothed my upper tummy nicely. For a size 14 I would not suggest smaller than large. Hope this helps
