Very impressive
I now have 3 of these locks in 2 different locations. One I bought via Amazon along with a Nuki Bridge and I then bought a package of 2 more along with a Nuki Keypad and Nuki Fob via an online buy / sell site. I have to be honest as Smart Locks is something I was a bit (actually very) sceptical about. I did loads of research (literally months) before making a decision as my requirements were quite specific. Rather than external security I needed internal security - to prevent a dementia relative from wandering at night! There are loads of smart locks available each promising to deliver various operations in various ways. Some are simple whilst others are complex constructions requiring a virtual rebuild of the door. Prices also reflect the many different variations. So I wanted a lock that was:(a) simple to install(b) didn't need any physical alterations(c) controllable via the internet / IP(d) was a satisfactory price(e) reliable(f) reusableWith all these requirements in mind the only viable option for me was the Nuki so I took the plunge buying a Nuki Combo (as in the Amazon advert above). So reflecting on my requirements has the Nuki "ticked all the boxes"?▪️Simple to install - very easy. No skills required but you MUST read their directions beforehand. The doors Euro Lock must have at least 3mm of lock protruding to give the Nuki base something to attach to. Installation takes minutes▪️No physical alterations - provided your lock protrudes at least 3mm there is no need to cut, unscrew nor modify anything▪️Controllable via the Internet - Nuki Bridge allows remote monitoring and control. The App is very decent, comprehensive yet simple to use. You can lock and unlock remotely; set a preset timed lock and unlock pattern; check battery condition; get a comprehensive history on lock use and exactly who (using a Nuki Fob) accessed the property; get remote notification of manual use of the lock and a lot more beside.▪️Satisfactory price - this is subjective and something you as the customer needs to evaluate. Personally I'm ok with its price as this is a complicated little machine with clever engineering and mechanics based on vast research. You also get what you pay for, so quality costs!▪️Reliable - massively important. Technology is inherently unreliable. All those little bits & bites; ones and zeros do go wrong. Being locked out (or in my case locked in!) is NOT acceptable. So far, so good. My locks have been up-and-running now for a month and I've been able to remotely access; monitor and on occasion control the locks via Wifi and 4G including from overseas without any problems. If that changes with time then my review will be updated.▪️Reusable - in time I may wish to alter certain things like the door or locks on which the Nuki is deployed. It removes without a trace. No holes, no gaps, no hammers. ExcellentSo why have I bought more Nuki items? I needed a Fob and Keypad to permit emergency access into an elderly relatives home by certain trusted people whilst keeping the elderly relative from wandering during hours of darkness and keeping unwanted callers out (the elderly person forgets to lock the door 😟).So in summary would I recommend the Nuki Lock; Bridge; Keypad and Fob? No hesitation. This is a quality piece of equipment that works very well. It is a well made European (French actually) device that does what it's supposed to do. Indeed I could write an awful lot more about my 3 Nuki locks but ther really isn't any need.Recommended? Definitely 👍🏆👏

A bit pricey but sooooo good!
Now that I've had it a few months, I feel qualified to comment. Well, I can honestly say it's pure genius, as long as you have the right type of lock. British doors with the traditional Yale/mortice combo can forget it - US doors with a deadbolt are also no good but other manufacturers cater for those. Nuki works only with doors fitted with a euro cylinder lock, even those with multiple pins/bolts into the door frame as long as they are all linked to a central, key operated locking point. You will need to make sure that you use a cylinder lock with an emergency function - this will allow a key to be fitted to both sides of the cylinder at the same time. The Nuki calibrates to your door so it works out the difference between just unlocking it ("Unlock") and holding back the latch ("Open Door"). Although not essential, mine is fitted with the Bridge. This is located about 2 metres away from the lock and it's worked flawlessly since installed. It's great to able to check, lock or unlock the door via wifi from miles away but I did have to fit a door closer aswell as (no fault of the Nuki) my door used to open very slightly when unlocked, which made it impossible to re-lock if there was no-one there to push the door fully back into the frame. Made me very nervous about accidentally unlocking via the app in a careless moment! Batteries have been working now for nearly 4 months although the Nuki is only operated a few times a day. You don't need the app to operate from inside as you can just press the button on the lock or turn the dial to lock and unlock which is not only convenient but great if you need to get out in a hurry - no fumbling around with keys in the dark. The LED ring tells you whether the door is locked or not at a glance, which is useful. No adverse impact on your home insurance. Temporary guests can be issued with time-limited access and, as it's all electronic, you don't need to get multiple keys cut or worry about losing them. All you need is an allen key (supplied) and a screwdriver to fit it - takes about 30 minutes including swapping out the cylinder barrel and setting up the Bridge. One of the best things I've ever bought in terms of design, functionality and simplicity. Well thought out and genuinely useful.

Buy it, you won't regret it!!
Superb bit of kit. Very easy to install. It says three minutes and believe me it's probably slightly less than three. Works perfectly every time. Saves hunting for keys and struggling with bags at the same time. Also great if you have visitors as you can give them access via their smart phone. When they leave, you just remove their access permission. I also have the Ring Doorbell and this works great with the Nuki. You won't miss being out and missing a parcel again. The Ring Doorbell picks up motion near your door and send a message to your phone and you can then select to view who is there. You can then talk to them via the Ring Doorbell, check who they are, open the door for them to leave the parcel, all the time watching them via the Ring Doorbell. When they have finished, they simply close the door and you lock it. No more leaving keys with neighbours or even worse, messages on the door saying your out which is great news for burglars.....Go ahead and buy Nuki and Ring Doorbell. New technology that actually works.

The device is great, the performance is excellent
The device is great, the performance is excellent, the functions are beautiful, but the price is high for the machine, and the technical support does not answer my queries.Bridge performance is not satisfactory to me, especially in the process of linking to the iPhone, so far I was able to connect to only one iPhone, I could not connect again with the other two devices, and technical support did not answer my question at all !!It might be worth 4 stars or more for this product, but its price and technical support made me just three stars.

Excellent product but pricey
Excellent product. Very easy to setup and install. It wouldn't fit on my bifold door as the frame was too narrow. I tried it on another door with the wifi bridge and it works very well. The bridge came with a non uk plug but I managed to push it into the socket and it worked.
