Can i use this toner everyday?

It depends on what your skin tells you. I have a mature, slightly sensitive skin and I use this almost every night as the last thing after I've cleansed and moisturised. Next morning I wash it off with a mild exfoliant. My skin has never looked so good - I've used it for 6 months now. You must remember to wear sun protection sp factor 15 at least.

Recommend for acne prone teenage skin?

Nope!!! To aggressive. Try something like rose water is more gentle. Urban outfitters has it
