Bit flimsy, started to wear very quickly
Does the job, fits fine. Yellowing started to occur maybe 7/8 months into use. My concerns were mostly regarding how quickly it started to wear. Within a few months of use, I could see the material starting to stretch and even rip! It made me question whether the product was genuine as I couldn't believe a brand name as big at this putting out a product which ended up feeling so cheap.

iPhone 7 Plus on display, excellent protection with minimal bulk and improved grip
Before I even received my iPhone 7 Plus (black), I bought a range of cases to review and help you find the best iPhone 7 Plus cover for your own needs and preferences. I'd like to share with you here my views on the Spigen Liquid Crystal 'Slim and Soft' case.First, allow me to give you a bit of context: when choosing a case for my smartphones, I'm always looking for the best combination of design/style, protection, comfort and value for money. As far as I am concerned, additional features like a built-in stand are just 'nice to have'.I am personally a huge fan of thin-ish covers which offer a satisfying level of protection (including the screen as I dislike screen protectors) without impacting the design of the phone too much, and ideally improve the customer experience (for instance by improving the grip). All the buttons, connectors and the camera (including the flash) should work as well as without the case. Now you will find below my unbiased views on the SPIGEN 'Liquid Crystal' case.I LIKED+ good grip+ rminimal additional bulk+ excellent level of protection: thick material, raised on the back and on the front to protect the screen, all the buttons are protected too+ precise cut outs (bottom of the phone and camera: the flash works well with the case)+ easy to both fit in and remove your iPhone 7 PlusI WISHED- it wasn't so easy to see/leave fingerprint marks on the back of the cover (I am being picky here)CONCLUSIONThis soft clear case from Spigen offers a very good trade off (level of protection vs. additional bulk) while still highlighting the polarising, arguably beautiful design of the iPhone 7 Plus. And considering the small price tag (between £5.99-£6.99), it's an excellent option.WHO IS IT FORThis Spigen case is best suited for iPhone 7 Plus owners who wants some piece of mind without adding too much bulk to an already large phone. And/or those keen to both protect and show off their sought-after iPhone 7 Plus black or matte black (or any other colours for that matter).-I hope you will find my review and my photo coverage helpful-

Great for showing off my pretty iPhone...
I bought this case for my new iPhone 7 Plus. I love the rose gold colour of my phone, and because it's already quite large I was looking for a case that wasn't too bulky. My pros:+ it's light and thin and doesn't add much to the weight / size of my phone;+ it's very clear, and the pretty design of the iPhone can be seen (there is pale white branding on the edges, but it's not really noticeable against the rose gold colour of my iPhone);+ it fits perfectly and the cutouts line up nicely with the buttons, lightning port, speakers and camera;+ the thickness fits level-ish with the camera at the back, and has small raised corners so that the camera doesn't come into contact with surfaces when it's laid flat;+ because of it's soft silicone texture the case is easy to put on and take off;+ it's very cheap. My cons:- it doesn't have much grip, so it's no good for clumsy moments;- it only seems to offer scratch resistance, I wouldn't feel confident in its ability to protect my phone from being dropped;- the cutouts around the camera, speakers and lightning port leave small areas of the iPhone exposed, and in my handbag these areas could be prone to scratches from keys / pens etc.All in all I am happy with it because it shows off my iPhone and doesn't add any bulk. When teamed with a tempered glass screen protector, my iPhone is sufficiently protected for my needs. If I was in need of greater protection due to travelling etc. then I would invest in a more substantial case.

I needed a cheap and cheerful case to put on it quickly until I'd spotted one I liked the look of
Receiving a launch day 7 Plus, I needed a cheap and cheerful case to put on it quickly until I'd spotted one I liked the look of. Apple's official cases all went up in price, so I wanted to see some in person before committing.I was pleasantly surprised with what I received from Amazon and Spigen. The case is made from TPU (thermoplastic), so there's a slight softness to it that allows it to bend and deform to put on the 7 Plus in the first place. Being TPU, it should also offer a decent level of drop protection from desks or waist height. The case is pretty thin (more so than the official Apple cases) and to stop it getting too thick on the back, it has 4x raised sections to elevate the camera bump away from potential debris. The front bottom lip is also protected, unlike the official Apple cases. The lightning port has a spacious cutout that should accommodate most, if not all, different sized lightning cables and lightning accessories. The ringer switch and bottom speakers also have cutouts. The volume and sleep/wake buttons are not exposed. The texture is smooth/glossy and offers more grip than the bare phone, though isn't as grippy as rubber/textured cases. It can get a little greasy from the oils in your fingers or your face from taking calls, so will need wiping down occasionally. The case has good levels of clarity to show off the iPhone, especially the gold and rose gold colours. My silver 7 Plus looks silver and from a distance looks like it doesn't have a case on at all. The more artistic could slip a printed image into the back to decorate their phone. After 2 weeks, the case is holding up well and shows no sign of wear or discolouration. At just £9.99, I can afford to buy a replacement for the lifetime of the phone (2 - 3 years), whereas I couldn't with Apple's official £39.99 cases.
