The best there is! Cured my cracked nipples straight away after a month of very painful feeding and no other brand of cream was working. Worth every penny. Smells great and doesn’t stick to bra/clothing and pull your skin like some other brands do.

The best breastfeeding nipple butter. Those first weeks of breast feeding are ROUGH and painful but I didn't experience any bleeding and I think it was due to this product keeping my nipples moisturised. Mine came with a 3 year expiry. It is baby safe too so it doesn't need to be wiped off. I wish it was cheaper though but is so worth it.

I don't normally leave reviews but I had to for this. This butter is amazing! It really has saved my poor nipples and it did it in a day and a half!! Never imagined it would have worked this good and as quick. I bought this last week after having my fourth baby and her not latching on well and causing a lot of pain and bleeding in the process. My first two babies I used lanolin cream and hated it so really wanted to avoid using it this time. Rubbing that on was worse than feeding because it was so hard. This butter is super soft when it comes out and just melts on and it's not sticky like lanolin either so you don't stick to your pads. I did see other reviews saying the tub was really small, its not small at all. From what I have used this last few days it looks like ive used hardly anything at all. A little bit goes a long way. So worth every penny!!

Highly recommend this!! I had tried different products and was at my wits end and in so much pain when feeding my boy that I was so close to giving up. My nipples were so sore, cracked and even bled! Saw this product and read the reviews, yes it smells like marmite and my little boy would screw up his face when latching on, but I just learned to wipe it off before feeds. It's not sticky like other products I've used and it healed my nipples very quickly and stopped me sobbing at each feed and dreading the next. It has weird little white beads/grains in it, don't know what they are but rub right in!

I have been using Lansinoh and Medela for months but decided to try this out… and wow! It is quite expensive and I am very sparing with it, but still managed to use the whole tub in about a month (I pump 7-8x per day and use this after every pump with my silverettes). All the other products come nowhere near this in terms of nipple repair and comfort. I had some recurring discomfort for several weeks which I was unable to heal with the other balms, but this product resolved it straight away and has even meant I’ve been able to use another set of pumps which weren’t previously working well for me. Packaging could look a bit more professional!

It is easy to rub on the skin and is truly non sticky. However I would not be buying again because it does not truly soothe the nipples nor promote healing as the butter dries off very quickly. When baby latches, it feels like the baby has latched on dry, very dry nipples. I will revert to the lanolin nipple cream I was using before. I just wanted to try something new and lanolin-free.

This stuff is incredible. I tried to use Lanolin Cream but it didnt help and I ended up with Nipple thrush. After a prescription of steroid cream, I started using this. It is fantastic. Pumping doesn't hurt any more

This product was a lifesaver! It really enables sore nipples to feel better quickly and baby does not even notice it’s on. I would recommend this to everyone.

Prodotto formulato in maniera eccellente per quanto riguarda l'efficacia. Altro capitolo per quanto concerne la praticitá: è vero che è sicuro anche nel caso venga ingerito, quindi non è necessario lavarlo via, MA ha un odore talmente intenso che il mio bimbo si rifiuta di attaccarsi a meno che non l'abbia completamente lavato via, e purtroppo è talmente vischioso che nel tentativo di cancellarne le tracce rischiate di irritare nuovamente la pelle. Peccato.
