**Q: can you please provide list of ingredients, thank you**
A: The seller has also responded saying this product contains GELATIN. It is bad practice that it is not listed in the ingredients.

**Q: Above its say suitable for vegans but below you state in an answer that it's got gelitne on and not suitable for vegetarians?**
A: I know this is an old question but worth updating the answer...it DOES state that it is vegan in the very title of the product "Natures Aid PremEeze Agnus Castus, Relief of Premenstrual Symptoms (PMS), Vegan, 60 Capsules".  
And the ingredients list only states the ACTIVE ingredient of 400mg Agnus Castus so I would also be very interested to know what other ingredients there are from capsule shell to fillers.

**Q: Please can you tell me how the dosage compares to the 20mg standardised extract amount quoted on Schellenberg 2001, 2012?**
A: 20mg versus 400mg. A 400mg dose is ideal for say PMT, or in my case PMDD. 20mg is very low and of little benefit. Main difference is strength and 400mg is ideal. If you have concerns, I would suggest speaking to any reputable herbalist.
