Im a bit confused. is each tablet 250 mg of st johns wort ? or 800-1500 mg ? why does it say equivalent to 800-1500 mg. im not wanting to take to much

Each tablet contains 250mg of St John's wort extract. The equivalent figures are to show how many mgs of the plant was used.

Why are the 250mg only available in a pack of 30?

Because that’s how they’re made!?
