Then you can apply your make-up after the serum dries. My lashes are very long and thick now. It seemed to happen all of a sudden after consistent use. The serum is quite runny, but don't let that discourage you or think that it won't work. After dipping the wand in the tube you will have a few drops of the liquid on the wand. I found the best way was to lay the wand with the drops on it on my eyelash base. Then I worked it in with the brush on the end of the wand. It seems complicated, but it isn't. It will work even if you think that you are not doing it perfectly. The other thing that I like is it does not irritate my eyes.
