Effective, good quality product from a well respected and reputable brand. I use it together with my protein shake, though once I tried it in my coffee too. It is easy to use, has no particular smell or taste and it mixes well; there is no lumpiness or powdery taste. The tub comes with a small scoop, which corresponds the size of the recommended dosage, Since the recommended dosage is small in volume, the tub lasts a long time, therefore I consider it a value for money. I stick to the recommended dosage and no more, and I experienced no stomach pains or any other adverse reactions. The first time I used it in a shake I had a half before and half after my swim workout. It is amazing how much more energy it gave me and I literally needed no post swim recovery time, which I normally do. I think this is a great supplement not only for the people who work out but also for those who want to maintain their energy levels and preserve the muscle mass they already have and which everyone is losing with age. It makes me feel good so I intend to continue using it and I certainly do recommend it.

It's only been two weeks using this and what a massive difference in performance, not just with pushing out heavier weights to get extra muscle tone, but the overall performance of everything was nothing I've experienced! I've used the off the self H&B 6 capsules a day before, but this stuff blows it out of the water! Very little water retention too from speaking to a lot of people already using to great affect! Personally I went for the 186 servings for the longevity so value to money was spot on. I've also noticed about the powder not dissolving properly into the water and being a bit gritty, if you mix it with 100ml of warm water to start with then top up accordingly with cold water it gets it dissolved a lot better for the no grit people out there, and shake it vigorously for 30 seconds too like the instructions advises.

The first photo on this product shows capsules, as does the description showing serving amount as "200". In fact what was delivered is the powder version with only 93 servings. Looking again, the description includes both capsules and powder which is confusing. I'll be ordering elsewhere next time so I know what I'm getting.

Uso questa creatina da un po’ e mi trovo davvero bene. È in polvere molto fine, si scioglie facilmente in acqua o in succo e non ha sapore, quindi si assume senza problemi. Dopo qualche giorno di utilizzo ho notato più energia durante gli allenamenti e una maggiore resistenza. La confezione dura a lungo (quasi 3 mesi) e il prezzo è giusto per la qualità. Perfetta per chi vuole dare una marcia in più ai propri allenamenti senza complicazioni. La ricomprerò sicuramente!
