Good Soap, Faulty Cap

The handwash itself is perfectly fine and the quality is good. However, the bottle's cap was defective. Despite following the directions printed on the cap, the cap would only keep turning and would not unlock or dispense the soap. I eventually had to reuse the cap from my old bottle to make it usable. The product is good, but the packaging quality needs improvement.
