TheraFace PRO - US/AU with gel Review: Dear Team, I purchased this gadget at the beginning of August, and now I’ve encountered an issue: a part of the magnet has remained on one of the magnetic attachments, and as a result, none of the attachments can be connected anymore. This happened after only 1 month and 10 days of use, and I wasn’t even using it every day. In addition, I bought this device on an installment plan through Tabby and haven’t finished paying for it yet, but it has already broken. The return period is only 2 weeks, which makes the situation even more frustrating. Considering the high price of the product, a one-month lifespan is far too short. I kindly ask you to review my case and consider either a refund or a repair. Review: Loved it while it worked and then the percussive attachments would not stay on. Contacted TheraFace for warranty only to find out that they don’t support UAE. Outside of return window (2weeks) but desertcart made it ok. Very disappointing that the warranty is not valid here and that it broke so quickly
