Pleased with the results.
I'll admit that I was scared of this product at first. I have clogged pores more than I have blackheads and i couldn't really find the best way to clear my skin of them until a friend of mine suggested i try this contraption. As suggested, I prepped my nose with a hot towel for 10 mins and went to town. It really got the gunk out of my pore and they have never been so small. I'm kinda obsessed. You have to be careful not to put the suction up too high or stay in the same spot as it will look like you got a hickey on your face.

Not much success on my pores
I was very excited to use this when I purchased it. I have used it a couple of times and have not had a lot of success at getting much out. Either my pores are very clean or this doesn’t work as well as I’ve hoped. I use a Biore strip once a week and put on a mask once a week. The Biore strip pulls out stuff but this machine doesn’t. I’m going to keep trying it. One problem I encountered was that when I didn’t have it plugged in, I left the cord on the counter and since it’s in the restroom, it started to rust. So be sure to keep it away from moisture.

Doesn't do ANYTHING!!
I've used it a couple times and it doesn't pull anything out even on the highest setting. Just makes my skin red. Also very difficult to move over the skin.

I charged it overnight, and when I used it ...
I charged it overnight, and when I used it, it didn't last more than five mins. The suction was not that strong either at the max level. I am not sure if I got a defected one because everyone seems to say somewhat the opposite of what I've experienced. I don't really return stuff back, but this item did not work for me.

This product is worthless. I purchased one for myself and another for my son and neither work. I would not recommend. I tried returning these units and I haven't had any response.

For this price, this product works great. The different heads let me get the blackheads in different places on my face.It has a strong suction. If you put warm cloth on your face for a few minutes before you use it, the effect will be the best. Dirt is easy to come out and clean like a breeze. In a word, I am glad to use this project.Now I even let my boyfriend use it!
