Great for my teen son with ADHD!

The first thing most parents probably want to know: yes, these capsules are on the larger side. My two soccer-playing boys can take them, but I wouldn’t say they swallow them as comfortably as smaller capsules. It’s noticeable when they take them. That said, there are no complaints, no daily battles, and they still take them without much fuss. The strawberry flavor is there, but it’s very mild. If you’re expecting something sweet and candy-like, this isn’t it. Personally, I like that because it doesn’t taste overly artificial or leave a strong aftertaste. One thing I pay close attention to with any supplement is how well my kids tolerate it. So far, we’ve had no stomach issues, no fishy burps, no unpleasant aftertaste, and no complaints after taking it. My boys are growing, playing sports, studying, and staying active year-round. They don’t eat enough fish, so omega-3 is one of the supplements I feel good about including in their routine. We originally tried them because they were recommended to us, and I've continued buying them as part of his regular omega-3 routine. One thing that surprised me is that he actually chews the soft gels instead of swallowing them whole, almost like gummies. He doesn't complain about a strong fishy taste or smell, so they seem pretty easy for him to take. He also hasn't had any stomach discomfort or other issues with them. I can't honestly say I've noticed a specific change from taking them, so I wouldn't want to make any claims about the results. My biggest complaint is the price. For something we plan to keep using regularly, I wish it were more affordable. Overall, he takes them without any problem, which is the main reason we've continued buying them.
