Review: Best attachment. EVER - This is the best attachment I’ve ever purchased. I’m someone who’s tried a lot of workout gadgets—BFR bands, thick-grip attachments, different handles, V-bars—you name it. The problem is, almost all of them rely heavily on grip strength. That means you’re not fully isolating the muscles you’re actually trying to train. This attachment completely changes that. It takes grip strength out of the equation, so you can truly isolate the target muscles. I’ve used it for both triceps and biceps, and the difference is immediate. You can use it with an open palm or wrap it around your wrist, which eliminates wrist and grip fatigue as limiting factors. The build quality is also excellent. It feels very sturdy and durable, and the inside of the straps is well padded. When using it around my wrists, it’s surprisingly comfortable—even during heavier sets—which makes a big difference compared to other attachments that can dig into your skin. Because of that, I’ve actually been able to increase the weight I use—about 10 pounds more on single-arm exercises and 15–20 pounds more on two-handed movements. Normally, your grip gives out before your biceps or triceps do. This removes that bottleneck. I’ve never liked doing dips because they hurt my palms and wrists, but this attachment has completely replaced most of my other equipment—and it costs less than $20. I also don’t have to rely on free weights as much, which used to strain my wrists. The muscle activation is incredible. From the first day, I felt engagement in muscles I hadn’t properly activated before. The pump is intense, and I’ve even had other gym-goers ask about it because the results are noticeable right away. Overall, this attachment has solved multiple problems for me and improved my workouts significantly. Easily the best fitness purchase I’ve made.

A: You could maybe thread a band through them if it was thin enough, or maybe get another large carabiner..so possible but will need some thought

A: I don’t know the max capacity, but I’ve been using it for 100lbs with no problem

Love this attachment. Basically exclusively use it for triceps extensions, push downs, biceps curls, face pulls, lat pull overs. Solid and soft, so no more tricep rope know digging into your hands
