I truly enjoy the heat level and taste. Pricing is balanced with quality. I use this in my mediterranean salad complimented with French or Italian bread. I have also tried this with fried rice preparation.

Is truffle oil is pretty good however I had an Australian brand previously that was a bit better. The only thing with this truffle oil is that heat tends to kill the flavor. So you want to add it to whatever you're eating the last minute.
