I've tried several magnesium supplements, but this one truly stands out. I feel calmer, less stressed, sleep better, and recover faster after workouts. The quality and absorption feel noticeably better compared to CF & Ablend which i have tried.

Didn't work for me. Magnesium Oxide has least bioavailability and absorption. I get eye twitches and magnesium supplements usually help with that, but this didnt reduce it much. Not recomended

Each 1 tablet provides approx 147 mg elemental form of Magnesium from this glycinate form. The listing by GNC has two forms of Magnesssium on their front product page, people have been mistakenly purchasing 120 quantity of tablet bottle, but that's Mg(OH)2 which is been mentioned just Magnesssium and this one has clear mention as Mg-Bisglycinate of 90 tablet bottle on to their listing.

Money wasted. This is Magnesium oxide not glycinate. Its absorption is not as good as glycinate plus it has laxative effects.
