I love strategic card games! This one did not disappoint. Many hours of fun, and many layers of excitement . I would recommend to others. Great value, great quality, easy to learn!

We purchased the royal kingdom as we were looking to try out new card game and the game didn't disappoint. The game has interesting setup and builds layers of excitement as it intensifies. We played it multiple times with ages ranging from 7 to 45 and It's straight forward to understand however very captivating for all of us. It's a fun game that involves strategic thinking and excellent for shorter time frames as well.

Would have given zero stars if possible. I gave this as a gift for Christmas. We spent an entire day trying to learn the game, watched the video, and played the game 4 attempts. The game is unplayable. The problem is that the game does not have sufficient balance in the deck to ensure that there are enough queens and kings in play to keep the game interesting. We are between card players. We tried making some changes to the rules - and it still wasn’t playable. Three times out of four, the winner won by drawing what they needed from the draw pile. No fun. No strategy. Also, the packaging itself is very poor - lots of filler and no storage box for the cards after opening. This game cannot even be given away! Pass on this one!

My husband and I have been enjoying this game! I would definitely say it’s a little complex, but we both come from backgrounds where we extensively played even more complicated games so we figured it out without any trouble. However beginners to this type of gaming may find it a little more challenging to get started. The packaging is a little flimsy compared to most of my other card games so I’m anticipating that it won’t hold up over time and may need to be reinforced - that would be my biggest criticism of the game. Put it in a nicer box to make it feel like a better value! Nonetheless it’s a fun little game and I would recommend if you enjoy strategy games.

My family and I really enjoy board games, and we had a fun time playing this one. It’s easy to learn and the game itself doesn’t take too long. I would recommend!

Very thoughtfully designed strategic game. That is high quality in its contents and promises high quality time for families, must have for friends and families alike!

It's hard to follow the instructions, at least for me. The card size is about average, the packaging is cheaply made. Not sure if I'll be playing this game much, definitely wasn't worth it to me.

Was pretty easy to learn. Each game requires a bit of a different strategy, making it repayable. I played it with my wife and then with my in-laws so far, and it was fun both times. Not a favorite but still a nice one to have in the cupboard for something different. Thought the price of $15 is a little steep considering.
