does everything needed at a great price
I wanted something to hold my phone/GPS on my golf push cart. I tried this along with 2 more expensive options. This product does everything the others do at about 1/2 the price. There are some areas of installation that could be more refined (for example - the spring clamp only adjusts on one side, meaning the phone shifts and will not be centered on the holder), but this is a minor issue. Also, the clamps work perfectly, but the cost savings effort shows up compared to the more expensive units. I took off one star because of these minor issues.

Broken during assembly, but the jury's still out.
Just got this mount, and a piece BROKE during assembly, likely because no instructions come with the product. Despite the ring that goes around the 360° turn section breaking, I was still able to put it together and attach it to my bike. I have yet to use it in this less-than-ideal state, but hopefully it'll still work fine. A replacement piece or full mount would certainly help. Moral of the story: Be careful when putting it together.

Does what it's intended
It's not the greatest of phone mounts, it does what it does but that's about it. I am not a big fan of the whole elastic strap thing which did not fit my phone well. I had to use both straps to securely fit my phone in an otter box, so if you use an otter box use both rubber bands.

Ya get what you pay for.
Arrived Brocken , the amount of hassle I have to go through to have it replaced is far more costly Thant the actual item, time is money and Customer service wasted my time on this item.

Broke after 6 uses.
The part that holds the phone to the ring that attaches to the handlebars snapped off after only 6 uses. The worst part is I was about to go on a ride and had to immediately go out and buy a new one from Walmart, which is still on my bike 6 months later. Save your time and just buy a different one.

Installs easily and works good with my iPod
Installs easily and works good with my iPod. Only issue is the nut will not tighten completely and this allows the screen to tilt when riding on rough roads.Still a very good deal.

Snug phone hold, stays tight (even with heavy vibration), holds large/heavy phone, GREAT value
Good quality construction. Metal bolt for tightening to bars and a plastic ball joint that, honestly, can be tightened VERY snug. I road bike on back roads so constant vibration has made finding a rugged mount difficult. A problem exacerbated by the fact I use a Galaxy Note 4 (large and heavy.) After many miles, I'm still happy with it. Even went back and bought two more for other bikes. Very pleased, great value at this price.

Would not recommend.
I guess for the price...but the part that screws on to hold a bike its a tiny screw. It's too uncomfortable to place, we actually dropped the screw and we could not find the bolt since it is so tiny. It's hard for big hands. Would not recommend.
