This product really works. I developed a cold seemingly out of nowhere. I felt like I wanted to walk around with a cup under my nose to catch the fluids that were streaming out of my nostrils. Using Zicam spray literally stopped the flow of fluids and helped me to breathe better. I found similar relief with other Zicam products.

This is the only nose spray that actually WORKS for me!! Yes, it’s pretty strong and one definitely will feel it going down your nose and throat. But, will finally be able to BREATHE. I’ve tried them all, different brands of nose spray and even the prescription ones from my doctor, non of them work for me. My nose tends to get stuffed up pretty often when I’m sick or have a cold. Especially when I’m laying down or sleeping. If it wasn’t for this nose spray, I would never be able to sleep again. Of course, one must follow directions on the bottle!! But this Zicam EXTREME congestion is my personal nose savior.

This is one of the best decongestant sprays. The boxes were wrapped in a waterproof covering in a plastic mailing bag. The boxes had been crushed which made then slightly leak making them goopy and wet and the boxes were damp too. I thought the price was a bit steep as well but I can not find it locally. I may look for another merchant the next time however that packs more protectively. A small box would have been better than a mailing bag.

I've had sinus problems since I was a child. Pneumonia, bronchitis, and asthma I've had it all. An this works wonders!!! I have not had a upper respiratory since 09' thanks to this product. I had pneumonia and spent a week in a tent due to it. An I swore that I would never go through it again. Being a single parent you will do anything for you kids. At the first signs of any sinus problems I use this for about 3 days and I'm off the hook. I do use flonase once every 3 months just to help out. (We all have some form of allergies). I dont have an extra 5gs laying around for the hospital trip. I spend 20 of 2 spray bottles one for house/car. Then flonase is another 20 give or taken so 40 and I'm right as rain in about 3 days. So hope that this helps you out. Lots of fluids!!!!! Water with propell packets helps out 2!! 😁

best stuff ever

Living in the high desert (dust) with pets (dander) and seasonal allergies (hay fever) I am often prone to an irritating stuffy nose. The former sinus spray I had been using for years has disappeared from store shelves for reasons unknown to me. This Zicam spray has been a blessing. When the need arises a couple of quick sprays up both nostrils work quickly to have me breathing again and it lasts all day or all night. Really good stuff! It is on the expensive side--but it's worth it to me because it works!
