Excellent service and excellent quality thanks great starting mace and i was delighted to discover the end cap is removal so I can add an extra few kg of rice or sand once I get familiar with it before I need to get a heavier mace. The free Gravity Fitnesss app is great too.

Just lovely - I've been trying to learn steel mace flow for about a year using a 5kg Power Guidance mace. I ordered one of these 10lb maces on a recommendation, and I am so pleased with it. The handle length is 86cm (the PG 5kg is 93cm), and being 10lb is half a kilo lighter than the PG 5kg. These two together give the mace a much better balance for flow work, and what has seemed like an impossible and frustrating struggle has suddenly clicked into a mind-soothing joy! Sword flairs, coin flips, ninja flips and behind the back transitions have all just suddenly become smooth and playful. Build-wise it seems tougher than the others I've tried, although the paint isn't as good (it chips off easily, but I like the look of a beat up mace). The knurling is excellent, not too rough but lets you know where you are holding the mace. I like the plastic end cap as I can shake out any rattling bits (whereas my Power Guidance one is sealed and will rattle forever). Best of all it cost me half the price of my 5kg one, so I've ordered another to try working doubles. Highly recommended!

This mace is absolutely perfect, is solid , well made and I definitely recommend starting with a lower weight to learn the movements first, great work out , this are different type of exercises and kinetics are different too, 2.2kg looks nothing but the longer the bar the heavier it feels so Mind your muscles in your back, wrist and shoulders and learn the movements first. By the way I bought the 4kg too so I warm up with the 2kg and then change to 4.5kg. All the Best and never give up God Bless us all

Good starter weight for a mace bell. Knurled grips make swings safe and easy. Only negative is it sounds like there’s something in the handle that moves from one side to the other; but only a mild annoyance.

Brilliant quality piece. Feels much heavier than I anticipated so it's now a challenge to build up my strength to the point where I can really use this effectively. I can curl 3 x 20 with a 20kg barbell but I struggle with this and other kettle bells; I had to drop to 10kg before I could do a decent amount of reps/sets so having all the weight concentrated in a single mass makes a substantial difference. However I am still glad I bought this 13.6kg version as when I can use it I will feel invincible!

Purchased for 2 reasons: 1) my wife wanted to try Mace (having seen the effect it has on me) but my 5kg Mace was too heavy (she's only 49kg). It's perfect for her. Note that it's 3/4 length of a normal Mace, but with a proper thickness shaft. Mrs O loves it. 2) I also use it for warm up and rehearsing a flow routine before committing to the 5 or 8kg Mace. Very happy with the purchase.

I had been looking at Macebells for a few weeks, as I wanted to practice the movement of swinging (sadly our vintage butchers cleaver was too fragile to use) and wanted something robust. I came across these and got stuck into research. I ordered the 4.5kg macebell as it was a good weight recommended by reliable sources. I've used it twice now and love the versatility of the macebell, whether its 360 swings or using it like a shovel. For the price, this was well worth it, it seems well built and the length and feel is great. The only downsides as everyone else notes is the paint quality as I've only used it twice and on lino flooring it sits and js already super chipped. But i don't really mind as it's not there to look nice. The handle length is great and the weight is really good, the handle is quite thick which does make my hands hurt but im sure after time I'll get used to it.

Great item for strength training. You can do any exercise with this item that you can do with barbells and dumb bells. I recommend purchasing a training book to learn how to use the mace bell properly and also follow professional trainers in the use of the mace bell. Best exercise equipment I ever bought.

I have spent some time trying to find a traditional 25 lb. sledgehammer to use for both demolition work around the house and as a maceball. I could never find a sledgehammer that was satisfactory. I finally broke down and bought this 25 lb maceball at just under $90 CDN. It was always my first choice anyway and significantly less expensive than a sledgehammer. Now that I have it, I love it. It is my second maceball (my first one was a 15 lb maceball) from this manufacturer. The construction is solid. These are nearly indestructible, I appreciate the simplicity of the maceball and it was extremely less expensive than a sledge. I would absolutely recommend this maceball to any fitness enthusiast!!
