What discomfort is this donut pillow designed to help with?

It helps reduce sitting pressure around the tailbone/coccyx, perineum, hemorrhoid area, pelvic floor, prostate area, lower back/spinal pressure, pregnancy, postpartum, and post-procedure sitting needs.

How do I position it, and should the cutout align with my tailbone?

Place one U-shaped cutout toward the back of your seat. The rear cutout offloads the tailbone/coccyx, the center hole relieves hemorrhoid areas, the front cutout supports perineum/pelvic floor comfort, and padded sides support your sit bones.

Is it firm or soft, and will the foam soften with body heat?

It may feel firm at first because it is made for support, not a plush sink-in feel. The premium heat-reactive memory foam gradually softens with body warmth and adapts to your shape.

Can I sit on it for hours, and will it keep its shape?

Yes. The high-density memory foam is designed for long sitting, daily rebound, and shape retention. Some compression while sitting is normal, but the foam is made to recover after pressure is removed.

Will it fit my body and chair, and is it worth the price?

The large cushion fits most office chairs, car seats, recliners, dining chairs, and wheelchairs. It supports up to 240 lb and adds value with premium memory foam, a non-slip base, and a washable cover.
