I used the Vitacost brand for years and saw no change, and in fact, eventually, my nails got worse. I tried Sapien Labs and saw a tremendous improvement. When I ran out, I had another brand on hand that I started (Bronson, Ultra Biotin) and my nails started deteriorating again. Reordered Sapien Labs right away and my nails are already getting better again. This will remain the only brand of Biotin I will use.2023 update.
