NOT AS DESCRIBED - NO BALL BEARINGS!!!
The advert picture shows clearly that there are ball bearings within the wheels, and the description. On arrival I inspected the ball bearings and found it was just a solid plastic hub and steel shaft, as in my picture. And the wheels are also mis shaped and not perfectly round, they do not run smoothly, and have a lot of friction to turn. So the plastic centre will probably soon disintegrate. It is a very poor quality product. The screw also do not align up to standard aluminium frame screw openings. And the top fixing hole is not actually there, these cannot be used in a top fixing frame, only back fixed but you will have to make up a new backplate because the screw holes are mis aligned with standard spacing. Probably why these are cheap, because they really are cheap seconds and appear to be mis designed. They are not fit for purpose and will return them.
