Excellent scrapbook rings!. 3/4" locking round rings with re-enforced tabs. 8.5" Binder base is complete with 2 - 1/8''high riser rivets, usually used for vinyl attachment. For Wooden binders these make excellent screw locations and the 1/8'' rise lets the locking mechanism function above the wood surface. Can be attached with two of our L142 1/4" Chicago bolts. Fasteners sold separately.
