I just had a bariatric sleeve and these are perfect size we don't eat very much after that you shouldn't eat very much after that these are perfect plates.

Fun little plates. I like the little affirmations they have, and they're useful in how they teach bariatric patients to eat. It's a good educational practical tool for those who are on a bariatric meal plan.They're solidly put together as I have dropped mine several times and not even a blemish.

My intentions were well but I love food. I use these but then go back for seconds…

I like the plates. They are lightweight, brightly colored, excellent portion size. They are not however microwave safe. The first time I tried, the plate got hotter than the food.

Usually I have heard the vegetables should be half the plate and the protein should be the smaller portion. This plate they were switched. The plate is very small. It is more like a child size plate.
