Sooo the chair they originally sent me is a piece of junk. The arms wiggled so bad and were very uneven. I was so confused because I saw so many good reviews for this item on multiple websites! I requested to return the item and the company promptly responded with an offer for a $30 discount. I declined the offer explaining that I was going to have to get a whole new chair because the one I got wouldn’t stand up to any kind of weight on the arms (whether that be a child climbing on it or just resting my arms while nursing) and asked for either a replacement chair or a full refund. They sent me new chair. The new chair is wonderful! It’s extremely sturdy, the arms are well attached to the chair itself, the back is tall as other reviews raved about, and the threading and buttons match the chair like I originally expected (the first one they sent has white buttons and threading). To be clear, they sent me 2 completely different products. The replacement is not just a better made chair, it is a totally different chair. When I dug into reviews I found lots of others complaining about the arm issue. So basically, this is a risky buy but it turned out really well. We now have the first chair in our bedroom until one or both arms inevitably break off and we have a wonderfully comfortable and well made chair in the nursery. Shipping was super quick for both (like 2-3 days) and the customer service was great! If you're reading bad reviews, it’s because they got the first chair I got. If you’re reading good reviews, it’s because they got the 2nd! In the end, I’m very pleased and very happy I didn’t spend the big bucks at target or buy buy baby. I included pictures of both chairs - I think it’s pretty easy to tell the difference, but if not, the bad chair has the white buttons and you can see how bad the arm looks (bent and literally hanging for its life), the good chair has the blanket and pink pillow on it. It’s a bummer the bad one ever gets sent out but anyway, I’m really pleased with this buy!

Comfy super plush chair. Little massage feature is actually relaxing. Not the most sturdy of materials, but it comes together well. I like it. And it wasn't a million dollars lol. It's does tip easily when rocking. I put it close to the wall and its good to go. Its pretty too with the Grey and white stripes.

We are using this chair in our nursery. It is super comfortable and fits both of us well (5’11” and 5’3”). The fabric is nice and soft although sort of cheap... don’t think it will hold up for years to come. I am giving this product 4 starts due to the fact that that the leg mechanism is a little wonky. Opening it, you have to use your leg muscles to control its opening because it really pops open fast. Like so fast it could hurt the back of your legs. Closing on the other hand is difficult. At first I couldn’t do it. I had to learn the technique. You have to use both legs and rapidly press it down. There can be no hesitation! You gotta do it like you mean it! This could potentially wake a sleeping baby because it’s also pretty loud to do this.

We originally bought this chair after reading raving reviews on a baby registry site about how it was the best product for the price. We were sorely mistaken. 1. When we first opened the box we both paused at the color. The creme color is more of a yellowing eggnog. It looks really strange next to our light dresser. 2. Easy enough to set up. All the pieces snapped in. Front of chair has weird black patterned stain by headrest, possibly occurred during construction. 3. Cushion is soft. It swivels, it rocks. But when we reclined... it leans HARD to the left. It’s like the chair was going to origami fold into itself. We looked for any reason that would cause this, and found none. We have requested a refund from seller. Will update depending on results of interaction.

We have an almost identical chair in our son’s nursery but with the arrival of our daughter, we didn’t want to mess with his routine (we read books and rock before bed in it). I came across this one and knew it had to be the same but in a perfect color for her room. Plus it had great reviews! It is made of a super soft material, almost like a buttery suede. It’s so comfortable and I love that it both swivels and reclines. It is a great size for both me (5’3”) and my hubby (6’2”). The color is nice and bright cream with white piping. I had both colors in her room so I like the contrast. It seems easy to clean. My daughter is not here yet but my son has been climbing on it to investigate and I’ve been able to just use baby wipes. Very well made, we love it and highly recommend!

After looking at nursery chairs for weeks, we settled on this one! It shipped fast and hubby put it together in just minutes! It is GORGEOUS and so soft! I bought the cream one which I am sort of regretting, worried about self tanner over time, and breast milk squirts and stains! This chair is comfortable for me, 5'3 and hubby 6'0. Like others have said it takes a little extra kick to put the recliner back in from laying position, but functional with minor effort. The headrest and arm rest size will be perfect for breastfeeding which was a major point for me. The fabric is a velvety soft. I will have to scotch guard this week!

Overall, I like the chair. It's comfortable and soft. The price is great for a swivel rocker recliner. However, the foot rest is difficult to click back in to place after coming out of the reclining position. Also, whatever material is in the armrest is brittle. I used the arm rests to reposition myself and heard a cracking/crunching sound. It did not affect the arm rest visually but something definitely happened internally. All in all, this chair serves its purpose as a nursery glider.

In the sunlight the fabric is creamy white, very pretty. I am 5'7", long waisted and my head rest on the back. In reclined position my feet don't touch the leg rest, which I prefer being cream colored velvet. Love the swivel, rock and deep recline. Compared the prices among all nursery chairs and this was the best price for features I wanted. The back and bottom are cushiony for comfort. You won't be disappointed with this chair.

This chair is the best! Cannot believe how nice this chair is for the price. I bought this for my nursery and had it in the box for quite a while before putting it together. I wasn’t sure what to expect as I’d really read each one of the reviews before buying, but honestly I love it. The cream color is so lovely, the fabric is soft, and the chair is really sturdy. I was worried about putting it together and warned my husband but the pieces just clicked into place so easily and that was it!

I love everything about this chair. I bought for feeding newborn but I know it will last long after baby grows of age. Wish I had space for another! Only downsides is the cream colour is on the yellowy side and the cushion seems to have already started to shrink but you get what you pay for!!

The only improvement that I can think of is that there could be an option for electric reclining as well. When you are sitting in the chair with a sleeping newborn who startles easily, last thing you want is to create a big noise kicking the foot rest back. Also, perhaps more choice of colors.
