Questionable effectiveness
In our situation, I found these units to be largely ineffective. We have A rodent issue - mice and rats. However, when I contacted the company they were responsive and suggested I try a newer updated model. While not 100 percent effective, they have help the situation and things have improved. I would say about 70 percent effectiveness.

Had a mouse we could not catch. No sign of it since plugging these in. Would definitely buy again!
