We had been buying either Crown Prince or Cento anchovies, but lately these products were sub-standard. Many of the Crown Prince cans burst dramatically when opening, and the Centos were mushy and the cans were not well filled. We took a chance on these Sea Castle anchovies and were very glad we did. The cans were well-filled with nice firm filets and they tasted great. Others reported that they were too highly salted, but we did not find this to be the case.
