My girlfriend says they taste similar to tea, and that might be why I like them. I grew up drinking Arizona Iced Tea, and it does have a similar taste with carbonation. The can says it will help you focus, and I can say it makes me less distracted. I am not sure how it works, but sometimes it is more helpful than others. They can be very effective if you are not drinking them super often. Overall, it is a little bit more than I would like to pay for a can, but it helps me lock in at work when I need to so I will keep buying them.

I love these drinks! A little speedy for everyday consumption but well worth it if you don’t drink and want a little calming effect . It does honestly calm my nerves and relax me a bit. I notice my husband is far less annoying after two of these so I know they have some type benefit 🤷🏻‍♀️
