How many inches from the crotch to the end of the leg please.

Each pair is fractionally different, one is 8 1/2", one is 8 5/8" and the other is 8 3/4" (all measured with an accurate sewing ruler). They have a good amount of stretch in them if you're worried.

Does cotton leave sweaty patches? i bought the anti chaf shorts from m&s, like tights! they rolled up and got a bit sweaty as no gusset. thanks

No they really are cotton, stretchy n fit perfectly. Not at all sweat inducing. They aren’t trying to be shape wear. I love them. Highly recommend.

Can you wear incontinence pads with these, as I read there is no real crotch?

Yes as I do but the crotch runs sideways but it makes a triangle where a regular crotch would be and I use that to line mine up. It was a little bit of trial and error at first but once I found the right spot for my pads I wouldn't go back to normal knickers.
