I saw a commercial about Active Skin Repair and I didn't want to search their site, so I searched Amazon and now I am using both the gel and spray. I prefer the gel. People of the planet Earth, I have a large section of sores and red spots on my left thigh. For months I have been applying steroid creams and moisturizing lotion and have had zero clearing. I have applied this gel maybe four times in a week and I am noticing tremendous improvement. I purchased this product because of dozens of positive reviews. Hopefully this is another positive review!? I depend on people's opinions on products before I purchase, they help a lot. By the way, I have a small area on that left thigh that has a growth that simply doesn't heal. My dermatologist has taken a biopsy and we do not know what it is. Well, since I have been applying this product, it is drastically improving!! I will definitely keep this product on hand!!12 July 2025

After 10 days staring at the nearly dime sized crater I had created on my knuckle during a weeks long battle to destroy a very large and deep wart {freezing, the works) is was obvious my skin was not going to fill the hole left by destroyed skin. This stuff works great. I do agree with other reviews about it smelling like bleach though. That is kind of weird and a little concerning.

This is a must and go-to in our house with 4 boys! I can't tell you how many times we have used this just this summer for bug bites, poison ivy, sunburn and cuts & scrapes. Doesn't sting, I can feel good about putting it on my kids and me. Great addition to the medicine cabinet.

This stuff really is magic. I had a horrible cyst on my face that I used a bit too much retinol on. The skin opened up and was taking a long time to heal. In just 2 days this stuff repaired it! I also put a hydrocolloid patch over it afterwards for extra protection and the combo worked so well.

I used Active Skin Repair First Aid after a pretty intense sunburn that left a few small blisters. I was honestly surprised at how quickly it calmed the irritation. The formula is super gentle and didn’t sting at all going on. Most importantly, it helped keep the blisters clean and I had no signs of infection during the healing process. Definitely something I’ll be keeping on hand for future trips or any minor cuts and scrapes.
