So there's no label that's simply "olive oil?" I want extra virgin and regular.

Yes there is one for each. It comes with a sheet of different labels and one says olive oil and another says extra virgin olive oil.

Are these glass bottles microwave safe?

I don’t know but it’s too big to put inside the microwave oven. It is 11 inches. You need a big microwave if you want to put inside. Mine is small. I put inside the dishwasher and is safe completely

Yes. The bottle bodies are glass

I've had experienced in the past when the rubbers on these harden overtime. Did anyone experience this with this product?

I haven't run into that so far, I've had it for about 2 or 3 months now and they have worked great
