16.14" Monitor Light Bar,250LM USB LED Desk Lamp,Home Office Gaming

I have a very specialized home office desk setup. I manage three companies involved in real estate, investments, lead generation, domain branding, export, supply chain management, logistics, and foreign affairs. I use four monitors plus a 10.9" iPad Air 5th Gen. The top monitor is 32" and the bottom two are 27" plus a smaller 14" monitor on the far left side as noted in the photo. Because of the tight configuration of the monitors, I needed TWO over monitor LED light bars that light up the keyboard without glare on the monitor or shining light in my eyes. The bottom two monitors also have two zoom LED lights on the outer edges of the 27" monitors. Therefore, I need to find the right monitor light bar that was not too wide, but not a mini. As you can see in the photos, I have placed two 15.75" wide Colorpanda monitor light bars on top next to the existing zoom lights. It was a perfect fit! The monitor light bar had to have a very slim fitting over the monitor as not to block the screen. The Dell monitors I am using have very slim bezels, and finding the right light bar took time. The Colorpanda Basic model fit the bill. It has three touch controls, on/off, light type, and brightness settings. The design itself snaps into the bracket that has a weight spring clip with an opening to run your USB C cord through. Very smartly designed. Also, the portions of the weighted clip that touch the back side of the monitor have a grabby silicon based liner that prevents the weighted clip from slipping or moving around the back side of the monitor. Just be sure to clean the back side of the monitor with alcohol. Once the monitor light bar is placed on top of the monitor, there is no pressure to the bezel and the tiny area of the monitor glass it overhangs. The was exactly what I was looking for in a monitor light bar. These light bars also have a 60 minute timer that automatically turns off the monitor light. I like the black color and no logos. A very minimalistic look. The length of the USB C cord was just right connecting to a USB 2.0 port on the monitor. The product came packaged well with a foam insert protecting the light bar, spring clip, and cable. I prefer to see a paper based internal packing. No stars lost for the latter. Overall, the Colorpanda Basic Monitor LED Light Bar was just right for my situation lighting up the keyboard and desk area. I highly recommend this product for both in value and quality. It will bring you years of great service. October 12, 2025 Review of the Colorpanda Motion Activated Monitor Light This monitor light is basically the same as the one original one reviewed here. The only difference is that it is a motion activated monitor light. As long as you are in front of the monitor, it stays lit. Once you walk away from your desk, the motion activated light bar turns off. This save energy and extends longevity. It is made of lightweight aluminum that is strong and does not flex. It is black in color measuring 16" wide x 1" deep x 1" high. It is easy to install on your monitor or laptop with its special flexible counterweight clip on design. I like it. It was easy to place it on my laptop monitor and connect the USB-C cable to the back of the monitor light. There are three color temperatures that can be adjusted with a touch button. It remembers your last setting too! Everything about this product is superb. It is well manufactured and value priced. The counterweight clip does not scratch anything and is easy to adjust. I could not be happier with this product. I highly recommend it.

I never thought I needed a light in front of the monitor until my wife got me this. The light from your screen makes your eyes tire if you are reading or writing too long. This one solves that. The light has 3 color temperatures and 3 brightness. I wouldn't call this good value for the money but it gets the job done and done well. What makes it even better is that you barely notice it is even there.

I am so happy with this Colorpanda light bar. My workspace feels so much better now that I have this set up. It’s honestly one of those things I didn't realize I needed until I had it, and now I can’t imagine my desk without it. The light itself is fantastic—it’s bright enough to illuminate everything I’m working on without causing any glare on my screen, which was my biggest concern. It really helps keep my desk area looking clean and uncluttered since it mounts right on top of the monitor. Plus, it just makes the whole setup look a lot more professional and polished. If you spend a lot of time at your computer, you really need to get one of these; it makes working in the evening so much more comfortable and enjoyable. I’m honestly thrilled with how it turned out!

A little bulky mount however nice

Got this for my boyfriend and he’s been getting a lot of use out of it. Easy to install and works really great and very convenient since it doesn’t take up a lot of space nor is it heavy. Does not look out of place either very small and sleek.

I had been looking for some way to add more illumination to my work desk/computer area but didn't want to take up valuable desk space to do it or to add some awkward -looking clip on goose-neck contraption that has to be contorted in all sorts of bizarre ways in order to get the light where you want it. I saw this, read the reviews, watched the videos and thought it was inexpensive enough to at least give a try. I wasn't sure about how it would fit on my 27" iMac screen which isn't exactly your conventional computer shaped laptop screen and had some concerns about it either scratching the bezel or covering the camera. It turns out that it's actually a perfect fit for my Mac and none of those concerns is an issue at all. But what surprised me was how much better I can see everything now and how it actually relieves some of the eye-strain I had been unknowingly experiencing. It lights up the keyboard and screen brilliantly, reduces glare, and the asymmetrical angle is perfect. Its touch-sensitive controls work perfectly to achieve the desired amount of brightness and color balance. It has a solid feel, is compact, and looks really nice, fitting discreetly on top of the screen while saving precious desk space and avoiding having to wrestle with those often difficult to adjust gooseneck style clip on lights. But, as I said, the most pleasant surprise, considering that it wasn't my reason for buying it, is how much better my eyes feel with my work area now sufficiently illuminated. I didn't realize how much the less than ideal overhead lighting in my work area was causing me eye discomfort until I turned this light on and could feel the difference immediately. It's a physical sense of relief I hadn't expected. I love this thing, it was a really great purchase and very much worth the very reasonable price.

It's not as bright as I had home and the direction of the light is much too close to the monitor. I had hope for a bit more brightness and the spot where the light points to closer to my hands and keyboard. But for the price it works. I do like that you can change the warmth of the light to two different spectrums. If fits perfectly on top of my monitor.
