I am a massage therapist of 30+ years, working on athletes. If you do deep, slow work that requires smooth and optimal control without any sticking/stickiness...this is a great product. A little goes a long way and provides a very controlled glide. I just wish there was similar formulation for a bottle. (And no, Biotone Deep Tissue lotion isn't that solution.)

The glide with this is superior! I first used it for when massaging my fiancé forearm. Then decided to just try it on his whole back and the glide was VERY consistent. I also didn’t have to use as much as other massage lotions and creams. When I needed reapplication, it was such a small amount. I wish I had this when I was massaging for 7 years! Im telling you, the product you use can make such a big difference in your flow and your clients feel a difference. I have gotten various massages where each therapist utilizes different products, and it does make an impact on the feel of the whole session. There is no “catching” and then slipping with this massage cream!!

I bought this out of curiosity. I am a massage therapist and used biotone gel for years, and I wanted something new. This cream gives a great slight grip when rubbed in and doesn’t have a scent at all. I use it at home on family members and myself. It may be a bit hard to use it in a clinic setting because you would be reaching for the jar a lot. I’m just used to a holster and a massage bottle. I just use it on small jobs. Though I will say the quality is top notch and it is a great product

I ordered a cupping set and needed a body cream. I opted in for this instead of the one recommended by my therapist cause this one is coconut oil and got other vitamins in it. It feels very lightweight, easy to spread and feels moisturizing even after. It’s a little pricy but so far I like using it for when I do cupping.

I bought a container of the BodyMed Formulations Deep Tissue Massage Cream as well as their regular Massage Cream. There is a definite difference between the two and this is the better one. This is fragrance free. None of the ingredients has a scent you can smell so it's unscented. I have clients with scent issues so I have to be strict about my creams being scent free. The consistency is nice. It doesn't feel overly "wet". It glides on easily and absorbs nicely. It doesn't absorb so much that I have to reapply. The cream has some control so your not slip sliding away. I was ok with the Deep Tissue Cream till I read the label indicating that some of the oils may be substituted and to "please note the consistency of the product may change slightly". I depend on my cream staying the same. If it's going to change from container to container it becomes a deal breaker. This particular container was nice but I'll stay with my other tried and true brand.

Really great when you need a traction during those deep tissue release or trigger points treatment. Just need to use a bit. Non greasy. No fragrance. Great product. Small bottle great to carry around, too when I need to be on the go.

Have been using it to massages and also for guasha scrapping. The cream holds up well and does not dry out quickly, so you don't have to use so much of it. Even though it is without scent, the gentle scent of the ingredients does help with calming.
