Good book for begginners

I recently bought this book and found it really useful. The language is simple and easy to understand, even if you’re new to investing like me. It explains all the basics of the stock market clearly, and the real-life examples make it easier to connect the concepts. What I liked most is that it focuses on the Indian stock market, so the information feels more relevant. It also teaches how to think like an investor, not just follow tips. If you’re someone who wants to start investing but doesn’t know where to begin, this book is a great place to start. Totally worth the price!

I appreciate the effort taken by zebralearn to publish this book. Complex concepts are clearly explained with eye catching graphics and in simple terms. This is a great book for beginners. However, for the price point that this book holds, there are too, and I mean way too many, typos and/or contradictions which are not negligible in any way. These are way too distracting and after few pages I lost confidence in the subject matter of this book. There has been a mention of SEBI and its expanded to Stock Exchange of India, in this book whose core subject matter revolves around SEBI. Please have this book go thru thorough editing and publish a better version. The eye candy graphics doesn’t make up for the eye sore of bad literature, not by a long shot specially when you charge four digits for this.

Just spent half a day with this book. Till now, my overall experience with the book, can be expressed in one word, which I've already mentioned in the title. Being a retail investor myself, I find this book very helpful to point out the major factors that I should be aware of. There are a few places, where I've seen spelling and punctuation mistakes. The editorial team should take a thorough look at that. Other than that, it's a good book. The binding and page quality are also fine. Personal opinion: I feel the price of the book is in a bit higher range.
