So the packing was simple but effective, it would have been helpful to include a small set of tweezers in the installation kit. There is no adhesive so hopefully your existing adhesive is still good. My main complaint is that the instructions are typed on top of photos and are EXTREMELY difficult to read, plus they are only about half complete. If you have some technical skill you shouldn’t have many issues. There are some very through YouTube videos out there though so I highly recommend watching at least one of those so you know what you are getting into before you start. So far it’s working great though, will update if any issues arise. Overall good value for the price.

The screen works.......kinda. I installed it, it does come on. The issue is, after it was installed, it would not register touch for several hours. It has been installed for about 3 weeks now, and the phone has to be reset 3-4 times per day because it freezes and will not respond to touch. Now in the last couple of days, it has developed a new problem. It will just start typing random words, all on it's own until I force a hard reset. Junk product, buy one of the other cheap screens and try your luck with one of them, cause this one is garbage.

When I purcahsed this product I saw reviews that didnt convince me of its quality, but the 4 star rating it had and the price point urged me to make the purchase. I have repired numerous iphones with several problems and can say that this screen is near OEM quality. The only downside to this screen is that it lacks the plastic that holds in the front facing camera, but you can remove it from the old screen with ease. I cannot testify if the tools provided with the screen are sufficnet enough because I used my own tool set. I would reccomend this screen to anybody with a shattered or fulty screen, will purchase again soon.

I ordered this replacement screen and once I went through all of the trouble replacing it there was no sound coming from the earpiece. I had to take all my phone calls on speaker. They sent a replacement and once that was installed the sensor that signals the phone is up to your ear did not work so every time I took a phone call my cheek would randomly dial numbers.Just wondering what kind of quality control this product goes through before it’s sold.

While I did have my doubts about this product from all of the negative reviews that it has gotten, I found myself very happy with the aftermath! The screen looks fantastic, and there aren't any stripes or lines or anything to cloud it up! It's very nice and was fairly easy to install though it was a bit time consuming. Honestly, I think that you get more than what you paid for, and I would definitely buy again if my phone managed to crack once more! I absolutely love the screen. My only issue was that all that were promised didn't come in with my package. I got 2 out of the 6 tools it was supposed to come with and therefore had to go and order an entire new set, but other than this, I really liked it!

This is a pain in the ass to repair. Not the sellers fault but be warned, it’s a smartphone, everything is tiny. Instructions are difficult to read but YouTube is a wonderful thing. My personal favorite how to video is by jerryrigeverything. Now onto the product. It came as described with all tools required. After about an hour I had it installed. Everything worked properly. It wasn’t until I did a final inspection on the phone that I realized that it’s about 1mm thicker. You will feel a difference between the screen and the frame of the phone. I personally don’t like it but lucky me , this phone is being returned to the carrier as it was a lease. All in all, not a bad buy for 20 bucks. Just be very careful.

I ordered this for my wife's iPhone 6s, and took it to a Phone technician to install it, since I'm just a Minister with little Cellphone Tech Savvy. Unfortunately one of the Ribbons was broken right at a Fold, and was not able to be installed by the Tech. I ended up ordering one from a different Prime Distributor, which worked Perfectly.

The screen will drain your battery like crazy. I bought a new battery and it also drained it from 100% to 0% in 6 hours with no apps installed. Replaced the screen with one that costs $60 and the battery drain fixed itself.Others are saying 3d touch doesn't work and the screen goes bad quickly, those are most likely true as well, but no point of replacing the screen with this screen if it just causes more problems then it solves...
