When You Call a Cookbook the Air Fryer Bible, you had better live up to it
The authors do live up to that title. I wish that I could give it more than 5 stars, because it certainly deserves it. It's exactly what I was looking for: a comprehensive, clearly written cookbook mostly typo-free and well proofread, written in American English, (by two Southern girls), that has recipes in it that I want to eat, that I can eat, and that I don't have to order ingredients over the internet to make, and break my budget in the process.I have looked at a LOT of air fryer cookbooks in the month since I got my 2-qt Black+Decker Purifry, (from Amazon and I haven't written a review yet, but I'd give it 5-stars), I've read the previews, the reviews, returned one that was ridiculously bad, due to typos, errors, and lack of clarity in instructions, and I have been really frustrated. I have dietary restrictions and can't eat many of the foods/spices in the exotic recipes these books seem to gravitate to.The Air Fryer Bible is well-written, has very good tips for buying an air fryer, tips I would never have thought of for reheating, or bringing multiple batch items to the table hot. They clearly explain their ingredient list and directions It doesn't have a lot of photos, but the ones it does have are very nice, and the one of the air fried boneless ribeye steak is pure food porn. If that doesn't make you salivate, you don't like red meat.Recipes are varied, and include more than just the usual suspects of chicken nuggets, various fries, and egg rolls. They include Blueberry Muffins, Fried PB&J, Oat Bran Muffins, Strawberry Toast, Sweet Potato-Cinnamon Toast in the "Breakfast & Brunch" chapter. Apple Rollups, Asian Rice Logs, Avocado Fries regular/vegan, Cheese Wafers, Eggplant Fries, Fried Peaches, Muffuletta Sliders,Roasted Chickpeas, and Stuffed Mushrooms in "Appetizers & Snacks." "Poultry" includes Chicken Chimichangas, Chicken Schnitzel Dogs, Cornish Hens with Honey-Lime Glaze, Teriyaki Chicken Legs." Beef, Pork, Lamb and Game" includes Chicken Fried Steak, Lamb Chops, Meat Loaves, Meatball Subs, Natchitoches Meat Pies, Pork Loin, Sloppy Joes, Venison Backstrap, and Wiener Schnitzel. Fish & Seafood contains Fish Sticks for Grown-ups/Kids, Italian Tuna Roast, Coconut Shrimp Po-Boys, Shrimp & Grits, Shrimp Patties, and Tuna Nuggets in Hoisin Sauce. "Meatless Main Dishes" has Cheese Ravioli Falafels, Pinto Taquitos, Veggie Burgers, and several others. "Vegetables & Sides" includes Broccoli Tots, Corn Croquettes, Beets, Corn on the Cob, Curried Fruit, Green Beans, Green Peas with Mint, Grits Again, Grits Casserole, Mashed Sweet Potato Tots, Hawaiian Brown Rice, Okra, Mushrooms, Mushrooms Sautéed, Polenta,Stuffed Avocados, and Yellow Squash. There's a "Salads" chapter with several, such as Tuna Platter, Pork Tenderloin Salad, Tofu and Broccoli Salad. "Breads" include Banana Bread, Buttermilk Biscuits, Fry Bread, Scones. The "Desserts" chapter contains many: Apple Crisp, Baked Apples, Chocolate Cake, Coconut Custard Pie, Coconut Macaroons, Custard, Fried Oreos, Gingerbread, Grilled Pineapple Dessert, Peach Cobbler, Strawberry Pastry Rolls. "This & That" contains some things you might not think of: Air-Boiled Eggs, Garlic, Garlic Croutons, Nuts. The last chapter is "Just For Fun" and it has Christmas Breakfast, Moroccan Feast, Picnic in the Park, and a couple of other ideas.I highly recommend the Air Fryer Bible.

THIS IS THE ONE YOU NEED!
After buying an awesome AirFryer that came with a way-less-than-awesome book that basically only told me how to plug it in, I searched high and low for a book on air frying. I’ve bought these ones that have that same type of cover, you know, the ones with the huge screaming yellow print on this cover, and usually say they’re brand-specific (they’re not)...they’re garbage. This book right here, is awesome! It’s well laid out, the recipes are delicious (I’ve made quite a few already) and, if nothing else, it gives you an excellent guideline on cook times and temperatures! This isn’t one of those cheaply produced, “I typed this on my ‘96 Gateway and printed it on my dot-matrix printer” cookbooks, this is the real thing, and I cannot recommend it enough if you are now the proud owner of an AirFryer!

Organized, table of contents, indexed, proofread. Good recipes. An excellent cookbook.
A much better cookbook than many of the others I have reviewed. I have tried several of the recipes and they worked out well.I dislike cookbooks that have no table of contents or index and are not organized into sections, ie. Breakfast, Dinner, Meats, Deserts, etc. It makes finding recipes difficult. Many of the other books are just an attempt to make a quick dollar as the book is not proof read, has lots of errors and misspellings and uses recipes which are cut and pasted from other cookbooks that come with specific brand air fryers. It is obvious that time and effort were put into this book and I recommend it. The recipes use common ingredients

Great Cookbook
There are great recipes in this cookbook. The authors created every one and tried them to ensure they tasted great. I have given many of these as gifts and everyone loves them. If you like the idea of healthy air fried food and you are looking for ideas, I highly recommend this cookbook!

This is a good cookbook
This is a good cookbook - recipes are clear and easy to follow. There's at least a table of contents so you can find things. Disappointing that the book is not available to be lent.
