Tapo 1080P Indoor Security Camera, Baby Monitor, Dog Camera, Wired, C100

I’ve been using this camera, and for the price, it’s honestly hard to complain. The 1080p video is clear, night vision works surprisingly well, and the motion alerts make it really easy to keep an eye on things from my phone. I also love having two-way audio; I use it for checking on my cat. The setup is simple, and being able to save recordings to a memory card without needing a subscription is a big plus. It’s not a fancy 2K camera, and it doesn’t pan or tilt, but for a basic indoor camera, baby monitor, or pet cam, it does pretty much everything I need. The compact size and low price make it an easy recommendation if you just want something reliable without spending a lot.

This Tapo security camera works very well and was easy to set up. The video quality is clear, and the app is simple to use for checking the camera and receiving notifications. The connection is reliable, and it gives me extra peace of mind at home. Good quality and value for the price.

if you want a camera to just you know supervise your children your house or your surroundings. This is the camera you need to get. One because it’s so easy to set up two because it can detect motion and even s crying baby and it has night vision and to top it off you can talk both ways through the camera or through your phone and all for less than $20 bucks come on now. I don’t have the SD card so everything I see is live but if I get the SD card, I know it’s gonna be much better. I have no negative thoughts about this.

Really easy to setup but I recommend getting a 64-256 microSD card. I did (and still) have an issue trying to format the micro SD card and the tech help is so so but I can always take a look using my phone and it does have an alarm that will go off if there is movement because of the motion detection (be careful of pets) not a bad option at all and good value for the money and pretty good video quality and good range. No battery option on this model. and very discreet in size.

This camera works amazing, literally plug in, connect to wifi, download app, add your devices and your setup. The app works amazing on our wifi and off with 5G, it also works flawlessly with the Tapo cameras we have, easy to manage, navigate and just all around simple, offering tons of settings and features all free. We use our cameras as a live view, no subscription, no micro sd card just to check in on our pup, adding a lot of convenience in our life. Highly recommend for sure, especially as a pet cam or monitor of sorts. The camera has clear view quality color and night vision both. What are you waiting for, it's a life changer for an amazing value.

I recently purchased the TP-Link Tapo Matter Outdoor Smart Plug to control the RO water top-off system for my shrimp aquariums, and I wanted a camera that would work smoothly within the same Tapo app. This indoor security camera has been an excellent addition to the setup. The camera allows me to check my aquariums while I am away from home and make sure the water top-off process is working properly. The 1080p picture is clear enough for me to see the tanks, water levels, equipment, and surrounding area without having to be there in person. It gives me valuable peace of mind, especially when the RO water system is running. One of the best features is how well the camera integrates with the Tapo app. I can monitor the camera and control the outdoor smart plug from the same app instead of switching between different systems. This makes the entire aquarium-monitoring setup much simpler and more convenient. The camera has been reliable, easy to access remotely, and very useful for more than just general home security. For anyone who already uses Tapo smart devices, it fits perfectly into the existing system. I am very happy with the camera and would recommend it to aquarium keepers or anyone who wants an affordable and convenient way to monitor an important area of their home while away.

We’ve been using this camera for a few weeks now & have had great results. It sometimes has difficulty switching from day to night mode & needs a quick reboot. But all of the other features are great. The motion sensor options work well, the alarm is loud, and it picks up clear audio even when there is a little wind. Great affordable addition to your security practices, would recommend.

Primera vez que compró cámaras de seguridad. Este modelo (C 100) y esta marca (TAPO) me pareció muy bueno, no conozco otras, por lo bien que se ve la imagen y sus funciones: un zoom muy bueno; audio bidireccional puedo hablar con alguien cerca de la cámara en mi casa estando yo fuera y lejos; me envía notificaciones de movimiento que puedo configurar a mi gusto o desactivar; la app TAPO es gratis y guarda el red de internet y la clave de modo que no hay que buscarla ni escribir la clave cuando añadimos una nueva cámara; la configuración de las cámaras es muy sencilla; la app permite la opción de guardar en la nube lo que la cámara graba o se puede grabar en micro SD (hasta 128 gb) en la cámara; la configuración de una nueva cámara es muy rápida (6 minutos me llevó y 2 minutos es de la actualización del firmware y se hace sola) gracias a que la app guarda los datos de la red; trae tornillos y un papel marcado donde se deben hacer los hoyos para colocarla; una vez colocada en la pared se puede dirigir hacia donde uno quiere. Es una cámara fija, no sigue el movimiento, pero eso era lo que yo quería. Algo sencillo y económico que me permitiera ver en tiempo real lo que pasa en el interior de mi casa. Sugerencias/Tips: 1.- Primero configuren cada cámara y luego las colocan. El celular debe estar cerca de la cámara durante la configuración. Pueden usar el mismo cable a toma corriente para todas las cámaras durante la configuración de cada una. 2.- Desconecten la(s) cámara(s) que ya configuraron cuando configuren una nueva. En resumen me parece que el beneficio que se obtiene supera el precio que se paga! Ahora falta conocer su funcionamiento a largo plazo...

I have these on a second level windowsill looking out. Surprised how well they pick up movement and people. It records up to 3 minutes of video at a time. Longer clips are broken up into 3 minute sections. The only thing if you want to use for outside recording you can't use night mode because the infrared light just bounces off the window blinding the camera. This is ok for me because day mode still works decently since my outdoors is well lit. App is easy to use and I can set up multiple cameras on one app. I use a micro SD card to keep the videos and I can dowload specific clips to my phone. You can even take screenshots of your Live video or recorded clips of you want a still photo. You can even add a black privacy bar to prevent recording certain areas for privacy reasons. Would definitely recommend
