Is there a huge difference between these and there smaller brother the x5?

I can only tell the difference between HDJ-2000 and HDJ-X10. I've never listened to X5. But honestly more bass is produced with flat sound no matter how high is the volume. X10 is highly recommended if you're djing in club environment. X10 sounds perfectly without any crackle.

I just purchased this headphone and realized no cord. Does it come with the cord or not? Do i have to buy a headphone cord or was not included?

It should come with 2 cords, a long rubber telephone-style cord and a shorter braided-cloth cord. Both cords are mini-xlr to 3.5mm. It should also come with a hard carry case and 1/4" screwable adapter, just in case you may be missing these accessories too.
