Works as described. I love this brand and product. I use several of the pellet products they offer and I am always pleased.

I have Kidney Disease and unfortunately calf and upper leg cramping is part of the deal. I have tried everything to stop them, and sometimes they are so horrendous, I have to get up and walk around to stop this intense and deep squeezing feeling multiple times a night. This product worked immediately, I CAN FINALLY SLEEP AGAIN! little pearls just placed under the tongue for rapid absorption. It has a mildly sweet taste. The bottle is genius as well, just turn upside down and twist, the pearls will drop into the cap, from the cap then pop them under your tongue. It helps to use a couple one hour before bed, and I use 4 at bedtime, but you need to find the amount works best for you. I am never without these now, the price point is great as well! Check it out. This was used during Spanish flu. I’ve used it with great results for my family. Must keep homeopathic remedies away from your mobile phones and iPads. They will be Useless if in contact with these devises. Turn bottle upside down and twist cap. I only take one to three unless dealing with flu. Then I use 5 pellets and repeat same dose every 25 minutes for first hour. Then repeat if symptoms return. I’m not a homeopath but I’ve been treated by one and have the books about it. They Do Nit Expire! Some if mine are over 30 years old and still work! Read about them. Expiration date required by law is what I read years ago but they don’t expire. Do not pellets touch with hsnds. The remedy is sprayed on outside of the pellet. That’s something new I learned recently I’ve given to my dogs too. I especially keep Ledum on hand for tick bites. And any other blood sucking insect bite!

I do have social anxiety and can't believe the calm, kind, and peaceful confidence I receive from this medication with no sedation or experience any side effects. Absolute joy! 😊🥰❤️
