They stay closed!! The little flap that you tuck the zipper under actually works and you don't open your washer to see that all of your special items have come out of the bag. I bought a set of the 3 sizes to try then reordered an additional 3-set as a gift for my daughter-in-law and a set of the large bags for me. The large bags and big and roomy with plenty of room for a sweater.

These laundry bags are very strong and sturdy. Do not get the small cheap ones. I tried using the small cheap ones and they broke open in the wash. I lost most of my socks. I have no such problems with these laundry bags. I gave 1 to my room mate and he loves them as I do There are 3 sizes so you have a choose of different sizes for certain items. I use the large size for my pillow cases just to give you idea of these can do certain items. We have to label our items and you can label the bags so you are aware they are yours. These are fine mesh bags.

Great bags for washing delicate jumpers etc. Big enough to fit 2 or 3 in one bag. The zip has a protective cover, so doesn’t snag on other items. Is quick drying and lightweight.

3 of them were ok but the 4th one was broken, they don't have stoppers on the end of the zippers and I predict the other 3 will similarly break very soon. Pay a bit more and get a better quality product elsewhere.
