Good price and good tool for beginners ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Some rust but still ok *by J***T on June 21, 2023* There was a small spot of rust on the shaft of the tool, and some spots on the metal collar. It cleaned up easily. It came with a small steel rod and a piece of fine sandpaper. I used this to both remove the rust and sharpen the tool. With a little stroping the tool cuts very smoothly.
