I can find this information on a "data sheet" or on the website.** A: Well I can't tell you exactly how many decibels it is, however it it at least as loud as a normal household hoover. **Q: Does the machine use hot or cold water?** A: It uses the water you pour in. I use warm. **Q: Can this help get rid of cat fleas out of upholstery** A: Hi first of all I would spray the upholstery with a strong home cat flea spray which all vets/pet shop sells. I would wait a few days then use this vax machine.
