Best sugar substitute in 48 years!
I've been a type 1 diabetic since 1975. I have tried a lot of sugar substitutes over the years, and I have to say this one taste the most like sugar. I use it in everything I sweeten. LOVE IT!

My favorite monk fruit on the market!! (And it’s organic too!)
Out of all the brands I’ve tried, Pyure organic monk fruit sweetener tastes the most like sugar without any aftertaste. Better than sugar
I saw this sweetener advertised on line and checked my “go to store”, Amazon, and found it. There is a tiny amount in each envelope, but that is all that is needed. It’s the perfect amount. I understand that there are several harmful additives in most other sweeteners so I’m giving this product a try. So far so good. 🌷

Monk Fruit purchaser, beware!
Ok, I thought I had learned to watch the labels on these sweeteners. Brands often sneek in other stuff I don't want with my intended purchase, so I have to read carefully. This one is borderline deceptive, though. It's not until you search the tiny ingredient list, you find monk fruit listed...after allulose. It's not "pure" monk fruit. It's no wonder the last few batches of baking have tasted flat after using way more monk fruit than should have been required. I think I'll look elsewhere for "actual" pure monk fruit sweetener.
