I have always been an Andis customer for everything. Until I bought another pair of the new Masters and they died on me. I had so many problems with them I decided I could not support the brand anymore. I needed new liners so I started researching these. When I received them I was a bit skeptical because of their size. They are smaller than I thought they would be. They are also very lightweight. I instantly thought, I've done it again, these are not going to be good. I could not have been more wrong. These are excellent detailers. They come with a zero gap tool which I used immediately. To say that these detailers are sharp is an understatement. They make very sharp lines with very little effort. As I said, these clippers are sharp so you DO NOT HAVE TO BE HEAVY HANDED WITH THEM. DO NOT PRESS DOWN HARD! Mustache and beard trimming is excellent even for me. I am black and I have some hairs on my face that used to be a challenge. Not anymore! I am very impressed with this unit. They are POWERFUL AND QUIET. They are also very beautiful to look at. They just have a touch of elegance to them. They are very comfortable in your hand as well. I absolutely love them. I have one more set of Andis clippers that work, but they will be replaced soon.
