It took me a lil while to figure out. But then realize that I have to do the following:1. charge the selfie stick2. turn on blue tooth setting on my phone.3. The device is called S14. connect to s15. place the phone on the stick6. Press button on selfie stick to start taking pictures.7. End Result I love it!

This is a really awesome device, once I figured out how to use it. I bought it to use with my iPhone 8+. The only thing is, it doesn't work with my Otterbox case on, so it had to be removed. It also didn't work with a thinner case I have. Use the supplied power cord to charge the stick, and once charged, hit the power button that will turn blue if fully charged. This makes it discoverable and you can connect to the S1 device listed on your Bluetooth list. What I really like about this stick is the ability to stow it into a compact package.

Very good product a little confuse to set it up, but after that, it works perfect. I was going to returned thinking it didn't work for my iphone, but finally I made it worked. very easy to used it connect quick and the charge last enough.. I love it, I have taken bunch of picture with my husband and I don't need to be asking people to take a picture of us. We even bought a good camera, but we ended taking most of the pictures with the phone because we could take pictures that include both of us. I only would like that it should be little longer. To me it is very convenient, cause I previously had 2 others but they were for using with Android phone, but also had to connect with the cable, and every time I did a video and forgot to disconnect the cable the video came out silent cause you need to unplugged the cable in order to hear the video. after changing to iPhone, I didn't have a selfish that I could used until I found this one online. It is nice that you have it on you purse and it looks like a fancy bottle of perfume. Other grate idea it is that come with its own pouched to protect the product and storage with the charging cable.

I just wish I didn't have to take my cover off my phone to use the stick. In all fairness, when I read the reviews, before I purchased it, they did say that. It wasn't a surprise. It is a hassle to have to do it and when you are taking the pictures you are holding your breath praying your phone doesn't fall off that stick. I do love it though. Its very pretty in pink and takes great pictures.

It worked great for about six times then suddenly it wouldn’t hold my iPhone 8 plus and it would fall off. I’m guessing springs/hinges just wore out. I loved the size because it fit in my small purse. Bummed:(

This selfie stick looks nice and works well on my iPhone. Since I have iPhone 7plus and this is wireless with Bluetooth, I do not need to worry about the wire connection of the selfie stick and my phone. I will use it every time when I hang out with my friends.

Haven’t had this that long and it won’t charge anymore. :(

love it, it is nice and compact and fits easily in my purse. Appears to be quite sturdy. Will be taking it on holidays soon. I have used it and it is very easy to use.

Returned it as it was defective. Disappointing
