Easy to use, best tasting homemade kimchi
It's a little bit spicy for my taste but it's easy to use and it taste just like freshly made kimchi sold at a Korean market.

Easy beginner authentic tasting kinchee
Living in a rural part of Europe with no Asian market in sight I finally broke down to make my own kimchee. Tried many many brands. I donโt like a sweet or overly salty flavor but this was the closest to what Iโve been wanting. It hits all the right notes. Sour. Tangy. Slightly fishy. Mildly spicy. Next time Iโll add some extra Korean chili flakes since I bought so many things. If you are looking for an easy authentic fermented kim chee this is it. Donโt bother if you donโt like kimchee that is potent.

Overall pretty good
Overall this is a good kimchi flavor. But making it from scratch does taste a lot better. Still not bad for what it is.

Excellent Kimchi
It tastes like the kimchi that a Korean grandmother would make. Even though I was born here in the USA my appreciation of Korean food and culture comes from spending 12 years of my life there. GREAT KIMCHI Seasoning it contains ginger and other spices that belong in kimichi. Each cube and a little water is enough for 1 head of nappa cabbage, 2 lbs of cubed radishes. I SAY AGAIN GREAT KIMCHI SEASONING.

Horrible taste
I was Excited to try this. Iโve grown up with my mom making kimchi using the Knor Kimchi packets which are really good. I decided to try this and I also made kimchi from scratch using a Korean ladies recipe I found on Instagram. The kimchi tasted very chemically. It was not edible. Do not waste your money. Take the couple of extra steps and make it fresh.

My go to
I decided to start making Kimchi because I eat it all day every day, and pre made is expensive. 1 Cube for me makes a whole head of napa cabbage. Tastes great. I like both kinds, but the one without the anchovies sauce is my favorite. I wish this wasn't out of stock. PLEASE RESTOCK, IM GRABBING SWISS ROLLS INSTEAD OF KIMCHI NOW AND I NEED IT BACK.
