This suit works so well I immediately came back to buy a smaller size because I know I’m going to be snatched in no time. For reference I am 5’6 185 pounds and bought a large. Initially I felt like the suit was a little short in that my shoulders felt locked in place but that loosened up as soon as I started working out. What I like best is that it’s not restrictive like a waist trainer so I could still feel my core and other muscles being engaged by my workout without sacrificing my form but I could definitely tell I was sweating more and getting that extra burn. It also is invisible under my workout clothes (spandex shorts and a dry fit t shirt), not bulky at all. It also stays in place— waist trainers and even the sauna vests tend to roll up! I hand washed the suit with water and a little dish soap then let it air dry in my shower and it was dry enough for my workout the next day. I did pair it with a thermal sauna cream. Very happy with this purchase.

Good sauna suit overall. It definitely helps increase sweating during workouts and fits comfortably. Material feels decent, though it can get a bit hot quickly. Does what it’s supposed to do!

I bought this in a 4x. I normally wear 3x shirts. It fits snug but stretches a little. Let me tell you, 15 minutes in this thing had me sweating/dripping. It works! The only reason I gave this 4/5 stars is it's VERY hard to take off when you're done. It clings to you and if you don't have good arm/shoulder movement...it's not coming off. My arms are chubby which made the suit fit tighter in the area, so I didn't have good range. If this didn't have sleeves and was more of a tank top fit then 5 stars. I had to wiggle and pull for about 5 minutes to get the arms to budge so I could get out. Slight panic.

The product works well definitely makes you sweat, and as you can see through my picture it's not thick like neoprene. It's very comfortable and stretchy so you can do all kinds of movements when working.I do have to say it does run a little big. I'm 5"3 and a 165lbs From the measurements table I bought a 2XL because of my stomach is bigger. It was way too big. The one i'm wearing in the picture is an XL which is still a little big but i'm keeping it because I don't want it to be too small around my stomach. I honestly probably could get a large and with how stretchy it is, it would fit. I definitely recommend it.I t's a good price good product.

I love this sauna suit it have you dripping sweat Even your underclothes are so wet I hope i can help out some people thats looking for a good suit i got the 2x i had some room in it. It was easy to take off if its hard to take off for you then it must be to little go up a size fot better fit. if this helps im 5'7 weight 235 waist 34 im already seeing a difference in my body

It works. It is snug a bit on the arms and I wish it came down to my knee. My Torrid clothing size is a 1 in bottoms and 2 in tops and I'm 5'5". It will make you sweat. Drink plenty of water, enjoy your needed shower afterwards and enjoy that deep sleep. I recommend having someone around tho help take it off. I had to ask my daughter to help release one arm and I had it from there. I was on my spin bike and at .43 of a mile, I felt heat. Sweat was even on my calves, my uncovered calves of my legs. I sweated under my chin. This will do the job.

Second set purchased and didn't even get to wear it. Zip broke again. Poor quality. Would not recommend purchasing.

I am used to wearing sauna suit but that's the first one with plastic inside, it's not a nice feeling on the skin and you feel suffocating. I do not recommend.
