Pull the leg elastic from the diaper pocket and check the size marking you would like to select. There is one elastic on the right and one on the left. Adjust the elastic strap to the desired size setting and ensure that the top part of the elastic strap has been fully pulled down between the first and second bars. Pull the elastic strap from under the buckle upwards through the opening between the second and third bars and tighten the buckle. Insert the excess length of the elastic strap into the corner pocket next to the snaps. Stuff the diaper with 1 or 2 inserts (included). Use 1 insert for younger children or for less bulkiness.
